Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I need a large following to join?
No minimum follower count is required. You can enter if you ride or have access to a BIGNIU bike and publish your video from an account you control.
2. What kind of video can I create?
Make an original video that clearly shows your BIGNIU bike. Everyday rides, setup tours, custom builds, and feature demos are all welcome. Add #BIGNIU and your model name to the caption.
3. Which platforms are eligible?
You can post on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or YouTube. Keep your post public so our team can view it and verify its performance.
4. How are cash rewards calculated?
Rewards start at $10 for 2,000 views and go up to $150 for 100,000 views. See the reward table for all milestones. Each approved video receives one payout at the highest verified tier at the time of review; reward tiers are not added together.
5. What do I need to submit?
Send your video link, a screenshot from your account analytics showing your username and the video's view count, and a contact email. Please make sure the link works and the screenshot is readable.
6. Can I combine views from different platforms?
For each original video, we use the highest verified view count from one eligible platform. Counts from separate platforms are not combined. Purchased views, bots, and other artificial traffic do not qualify.
7. Can I submit more than one video?
Yes. You may submit different original videos for separate review. Each video can earn only one payout. Duplicate uploads or reposts of the same footage count as one entry, and later view increases do not trigger another payout.
8. How do review and payment work?
Our team checks your video, account ownership, and view count. We’ll email you the result and, if your entry is approved, confirm the reward and payment details. Keep your video public until verification and payment are complete.
9. Will BIGNIU repost my content?
If your video qualifies for an official repost, we’ll contact you to arrange it and credit your account. Any use in paid advertising will be discussed separately.
10. Does this lead to a brand partnership?
Strong videos may lead to future projects with BIGNIU. Submitting a video or receiving a cash reward does not guarantee a sponsored Frequently Asked Questions
