Rides great, max speed 35mph on a flat surface and going downhill just increases speed insane. I like!!

The suspension makes a lot of noise while riding not sure if because I’m heavy but I weigh 170. A little on the heavy side to pick up. Brakes are good, headlights and taillights works magnificent. Love how it got the turn signal feature.

11. How long will it take to receive my bike?
Delivery generally takes an additional 2–8 business days after shipment.
Pre-order models follow the estimated shipping date shown on their product pages. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
12. What payment methods are accepted?
BIGNIU accepts major credit cards and PayPal on its website. Available payment options will appear during checkout.
Amazon orders must be completed using the payment methods available through Amazon.
13. Does an Autumn Sale bike include a warranty?
Yes. Eligible BIGNIU e-bikes include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, subject to the warranty terms.
Normal wear, consumable components, unauthorized repairs, misuse, and accidental damage are excluded. Review our Return & Warranty Policy for details.
14. Can I return an e-bike purchased during the sale?
Website purchases may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to prior approval.
The bike must be undamaged, include its original packaging and accessories, and have fewer than 10 miles. Non-defective e-bike returns are subject to a $200 return fee. Contact BIGNIU before sending any item back.
Amazon purchases should follow the return process and eligibility shown in the customer’s Amazon order.
