1. When does the BIGNIU Labor Day Sale end?
The BIGNIU Labor Day Sale runs from September 1 through September 7. Promotional pricing ends at the end of the event or earlier if selected models sell out.
2. Which e-bikes are included in the Labor Day Sale?
Three selected BIGNIU models are included:
BGS Pro — $1,299.99, Save $700
BG-Master — $1,399.99, Save $1,000
BGS — $799.99, Save $300
Availability is limited and varies by model.
3. How do I get the Labor Day discount?
Add an eligible bike to your cart and apply the Labor Day discount code shown on the sale page at checkout. The discount will be applied to qualifying models only.
4. Can I combine the Labor Day discount with other promotions?
Labor Day discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless otherwise stated.

Discounts of $200 are available for the BG-Master and BG-S Pro; a $50 discount is available for the BGS.
5. Is inventory limited during the sale?
Yes. Labor Day pricing is available while supplies last. Some models have particularly limited inventory, including BG-Master with approximately 40 units available and BGS with approximately 50 units available at the start of the event.
6. How quickly will my order ship?
BIGNIU orders ship from our U.S. warehouse, helping reduce delivery times for customers in the United States. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and tracking information will be provided once your bike ships.
7. Can I pay for my e-bike in installments?
Yes. Eligible customers can choose available installment payment options at checkout, including Shop Pay Installments, subject to approval and availability.
8. What warranty and return protection comes with my bike?
Eligible BIGNIU e-bikes include a 1-year limited warranty and are covered by our 30-day return policy, subject to the applicable warranty and return terms.
9. What if I need replacement parts or service after my purchase?
BIGNIU provides after-sales support and replacement parts for supported models. If you experience an issue with your bike, contact our support team with your order information, photos or videos of the issue, and our team will help determine the appropriate solution.
10. Are BIGNIU e-bikes legal to ride in my area?
E-bike laws, classifications, speed limits and permitted riding areas vary by state and local jurisdiction. Riders are responsible for checking and following all applicable local laws and regulations before riding.
