Shipping fees are covered by BIGNIU and will be completed by FedEx throughout the United States. Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email and shipment tracking will be sent to your email address. ( We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.) It may take 2-7 days to deliver.

We offer a 30-day trial period for all our brand new Ebike products. If you're not satisfied with the product, BIGNIU's return policy allows you to return it within 30 days of receipt. However, to qualify for this, your product must be free of wear, dirt, and the mileage on the odometer should be less than 10 miles.

All BIGNIU ebikes are included in the 1-year all-inclusive warranty provided by our manufacturer for the original owner in case of all manufacturing defects.
