Just received them from FedEx a few minutes ago. The rear fender tab was sticking out of the box. Maybe it could be better protected by wrapping it with foam and tape so it would be less likely to work it's way through the box in shipment. I inspected all the contents and there's no damage to paint or parts and mud guards. Now all I need is the BGX e-bike, which got stolen by someone in FedEx, and BIGNIU is supposed to be resolving the issue to get me the bike I ordered. Until then I cannot judge whether the Mud Guard Kit works out okay.

The response in a lot quicker and in my opinion it gives me more confidence riding in traffic. I definitely feel capable of keeping up without sacrificing battery life.

One week in and I'm over 100mile, It would have been more but the weather got in the way, or it might have been 200 miles.

I am very impressed with this bike. I’ve had so many compliments. I’m going to still buy the saddlebags for it. It rides unbelievable I would highly recommend this to anybody. The quality is phenomenal.

This e-bike met and surpassed all our expectations. We assembled two of these in our living room in a single day. The best instructions are online YouTube videos. Very clear and simple. There are a couple forums on Facebook with very helpful people as well, including representatives of Bigniu. Highly recommend this bike.

The mudguards replace the stock with the same paint. Extends the length and lowers the front mudguard closer to the tire. Also, same paint front fork shock covers comes with the kit.

A little bit smaller than what I thought it'd be but looks killer on the bike!!!

I’m glad I held off so long before pulling the trigger on purchasing an e-bike! The BG-X rocks - sure it’s heavy, but it’s solid, and it looks very cool - a head turner!
You can still pedal it - one speed only, but you still get a workout on your legs as you’d like, yet it has speed and endurance for the fun of it or commute. Also, I love the idea of being able to sit in the saddle and have both feet flat on the ground.

This bike is amazing for the price, I purchased 3 of them and they have exceeded my expectations. I also worked with there warranty department on a replacement motor and they stand by there warranty. I highly recommend

My 10 year old has been loving it! It’s a little big for him but that’s what we wanted was for him to be able to grow with it. He’s had it for a few months now and no issues. Besides it’s faster than mama wants but exactly what he wanted.

I love this E bike! My boyfriend put it together took about an hour some was already put together out the box easy to assemble. Have to say it is fast! Be careful ladies and teens, beginners if using! I highly recommend getting a helmet. I'm a beginner and I had it on level 1 which a video I saw on YouTube said beginners 1-3 it was still pretty fast for someone who hasn't ridden. Battery lasts long a couple hours. Quality is great! Definitely worth the money! Size was good for me I'm 5'3" 150lbs and it was perfect for my size! E Bike is fun can't wait to hit some trails and tracks! Now I can ride with my man! A little update it's been about a week and the shocks are making a squeaky noise when you sit on it or hit a rough spot on trails how can I fix that? The sticker says something about the nut but I'm confused 😕 can anyone help me with that? Anyone else having that problem?

I am very pleased with this bike very nice solid good breaking power nice look everything work right out of the box very happy with this product.

I like the extended mudguards a lot better than the original mudguards. I also think I might go with the front extended mudguard and the back original mudguard but with the saddle bags I might leave the extended mudguard on so to see it better.

I just want to say this is the best bike I have had and there customer service is the best in the business. These bikes ride so well and handle even better. Trust me you will love it I you choose to buy one. I'm actually buying a 2nd one the new pro model. And it has good speed and range. Mine can do 39mph and I'm 265lbs and it went 30mi at 38mph and I still had one battery bar left. I hope this helps you
